New EJIL: Talk! blog post: “The ICC’s Impact on National Justice”

A new post on the EJIL: Talk! blog interrogates whether the ICC’s Office of the Prosecutor can “catalyse” domestic cases, and analyses the principle and operation of complementarity. The authors discuss the research questions and methodology behind a May 2018 report analysing the ICC’s impact on national justice in Colombia, Georgia, Guinea and the UK.
