‘Legal Resilience in an Era of Hybrid Threats’ – Conference and Call for Papers

The Exeter Centre for International Law and its partners are hosting a conference in 2019 to explore the utility of legal resilience as an analytical and policy framework for countering legal challenges presented by grey zone conflict, hybrid warfare and law fare.
